Responsibilities
- Conducts strategic financial analysis to support business operations and decision-making
- Assesses key business drivers and financial data to provide recommendations for action
- Develops and delivers fiscal year plans, forecasts, and multi-year financial projections
- Supports annual budgeting through analysis, reporting, and financial modeling
- Prepares and presents business management reports and key financial metrics
- Performs ad hoc financial analysis to address complex business challenges
- Critically analyzes financial data to solve problems effectively in high-complexity situations
- Manages multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines
- Analytical skills with experience in reviewing complex financial reports
- Knowledge of mutual funds or investment management is preferred
- Collaborates effectively with global finance teams, demonstrating proficient communication skills
