- Utilize Xactimate and other tools to document and estimate losses
- Work closely with a team of professionals to provide outstanding claims service
- Junior Adjusters: Minimum 2 years of field adjusting experience (carrier experience required)
- Senior Adjusters: Minimum 5 years of field adjusting experience (carrier experience required)
- P&C Experience: Previous work directly for an insurance carrier (not just IA firms)
- Ability to handle complex claims and work independently in high-pressure situations
- strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
