The Project Coordinator will support project deliverables to decommission former Quality department and communication of the progress and highlights throughout project.  Must be able to work Onsite.  Work schedule 8 am - 4 pm CST.   Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of related experience preferrably in Pharma but not mandatory
• Should be comfortable working independently with minimal guidance from management.
• Proficient with use of Microsoft office applications specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Be highly organized and able to meet task timelines
• Communicate key updates/highlights to the organization throughout project timeline
• Excellent communication skills 

salary: $32 - $35 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• This role will support project deliverables to decommission former Quality department and communication of the progress and highlights throughout project.
• Experience will include coordinating aspects of drug products and quality records review, recording, triaging, and preparation of files for long-term storage per companies relevant record information management policies.
• Assesses project issues and collaborates regarding resolutions to meet goals.
• Conducts meetings with management as necessary to communicate project status.
