Please keep in mind, this position is only 4 days a week. There could be opportunities to take on leasing which would add commission and more hours but that would be at a later date and not available immediately.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Three or more years of experience in commercial property management or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Florida real estate license (preferred but not required).
- strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to read and interpret contracts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard business applications.

Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day property management operations and maintenance.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure optimal condition.
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants and property owners.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, emergency protocols, and other legal requirements.
- Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and reporting.
- Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
- Prepare and present monthly financial and operational reports.
- Secure and manage vendor contracts as needed.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee capital improvement projects.
- Collaborate with asset managers to review real estate tax processes.
- Perform additional duties related to the successful management of a commercial real estate portfolio.
