Responsibilities
- Data Management & Quality Assurance:
- Oversee and manage the Global Philanthropy CRM database, ensuring consistent data quality and usage across the department.
- Perform manual data entry and ongoing data reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in data entries, collaborating with users as needed to address issues.
- Data Migration Support:
- Assist in migrating historical and active data to Salesforce, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address data-related challenges during migration.
- Team Support:
- Serve as the department’s subject matter expert on data and the system of record, offering direct support to team members on data-related inquiries.
- Provide clear, concise guidance on data processes and Salesforce functionality.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in data management, developing and implementing best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflows and promote efficient data management practices.
