As a Forensics Analyst, you will take on a pivotal role in building and maintaining the Value Protection Forensics Program. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage data to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the Sourcing to Pay process. Responsibilities
As a Forensics Analyst, job duties include:
- Design and test processes while evolving control points within the organization.
- Identify control owners and ensure accountability in risk mitigation efforts.
- Perform controls assessments and collaborate with relevant individuals to assess activities for compliance.
- Engage with organizational activities and projects to screen for compliance and risk.
- Build roadmaps, align interdependencies across data, tools, systems, and processes, and share metrics post-event to evaluate business risk.
- Manage metrics dashboards and KPIs to track risk mitigation effectiveness and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Own and govern the forensic analytics program, continuously improving risk mitigation processes and controls.
- Design and implement new tools, processes, and strategies to mitigate fraud and ensure compliance within the procurement cycle.
- 6+ years of experience in Finance, Internal Audit/SOX, Risk Management, or Controls/Compliance, with a focus on fraud prevention.
- Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills, with a history of delivering high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven ability to simplify complex concepts and bring order through documentation, reporting, and metric-building.
- Expertise in data analysis and building metrics/KPIs.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel with a Six Sigma Certification.
