estimator and project coordinator assistant.

We are actively hiring for an estimating/project management assistant. This would primarily be someone helping our team members who are handling our large contract jobs. We are looking for someone who can piece together schedules, track down orders, and interact with our customers and general contractors over the phone while the project managers are on site or making pricing decisions. 

salary: $22 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Data input of project data into schedule templates for estimator’s decision making
• Reviewing architectural plans related to Door/Hardware industry for assistance in estimating
• Make/receive calls from general contractors and their team related to upcoming bids and for statuses on material shipping and delivery
• Occasionally, attend job site or office meeting offsite
• Minimal physical activities required at times – lift/pick items from stock inventory shelves to hand to customers who arrive for will call or non-delivered items (20lb or less)
