Responsibilities
As a Marketing Manager, job duties include:
- Develop branded and unbranded tactics for professional audiences.
- Create key marketing assets to support the Healthcare Professional (HCP) marketing team.
- Use HCP insights and identify unmet needs to create meaningful, non-personal, and rep-delivered materials.
- Manage professional creative and media agencies to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Lead monthly brand performance reviews, providing updates and identifying opportunities.
- Support the development of strategies and messaging for the brand.
- Establish detailed timelines and manage projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage projects through the Promotional Review process.
- 4 +years experience as a Marketing Manager in a Global pharmaceutical or life sciences organization.
- Experience in marketing material creation, including content lab experience.
- Demonstrated strategic acumen and brand planning experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working in large teams and with field forces.
- Experience in the HIV space is a plus but not required.
