Responsibilities
✔️ Troubleshooting Equipment Issues – Providing initial guidance for basic technical concerns.
✔️ Scheduling Maintenance Services – Coordinating both preventative and reactive maintenance requests.
✔️ Order Entry & Fulfillment – Processing customer orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries.
✔️ Inventory & Work Order Status Updates – Checking product availability and updating customers on ongoing service requests.
✔️ Billing Inquiries – Addressing and resolving customer questions regarding invoices and payments.
