SAP experience is a plus! 

salary: $45,000 - $49,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• invoicing to customers and carriers
• charge CC orders throughout the day
• call/email customers for payment/credit card info prior to shipping
• collect payments in advance and put them in the customers account for customer orders
• process CC refunds
• Invoice Bill and Hold orders and put them into receiving
• investigate issues and prepare worksheets for discrepancies
• enter new customers in SAP
• run credit checks on customers
• provide customers with nescessary documents for liability insurance, FEIN number, Sales Tax Exemption, W-9, Banking information, ect.
• Make Deposits when necessary

Basic Accounts Receivable (3 years of experience is required)
