Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
✅ Conduct quality reviews of cases, projects, and data.
✅ Analyze trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.
✅ Ensure compliance with call center quality standards.
✅ Participate in mandatory in-office days (currently Tuesdays, first 3 weeks of the month).
✅ Attend meetings, trainings, and system go-lives as required.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Quality assurance experience in a call center (required).
✔️ Strong data analysis and trend identification skills.
✔️ Ability to work hybrid (1 day in office weekly, fully remote last week of the month).
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
✔️ Must be flexible with potential return-to-office adjustments.
