salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Develop, build and nurture client relationships
• Provide personalized insurance solutions to client businesses
• Oversee insurance policies from start to finish
• Collaborate with underwriters to analyze and assess client risk exposures
• Proactively manage policy renewals
• Follow up and schedule appointments with client leads
• Review policies, identify gaps, and negotiate terms with underwriters
• Coordinate with claims adjusters for fair and timely resolutions
• Update clients on relevant market shifts affecting their coverage
• Maintain accurate client files and ensure compliance with regulations
• Prepare and present reports on policy details and performance

Qualifications:

• License in Property & Casualty Insurance required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field
• Understanding of insurance products and policies
• Proficiency in insurance software including Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
