Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Oversee and manage a team of Social Media Ambassadors
- Edit, enhance, and schedule content for major platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure messaging consistency across multiple campuses
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and flag potential issues
- Develop marketing creatives and conduct ad-hoc platform analysis
- strong experience in social media management (Sprout Social preferred)
- Skilled in content creation, editing, and engagement
- Ability to track social media metrics and optimize performance
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating campaigns
- Must be DC-based and available for occasional on-site work
