Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Handle 80+ inbound calls per shift regarding auto insurance
- Hand off warm intros to internal debts if call needs to be transferred
- Ability to work in a call queue
- Work within given KPI’s- handle time, hold time, and calls received
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a fast-paced call center environment preferred, but not required
- Experience in the insurance industry preferred, but not required
- Communicate effectively and professionally by phone or in writing
- Ability to handle large call volumes in an effective and timely manner
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to deal with confidential information and meet strict deadlines
