We have an exciting opportunity for an International Tax Manager or Tax Director to join a client in Montgomery County, MD. This company specializes in providing personalized tax, accounting, and business advisory services to a diverse international client base. As part of this role, you will be responsible for leading the global tax strategy, compliance and planning while managing some of the top clients. Responsibilities

-CPA firm- family owned

-2200 individual returns, 1700 business returns

-Tax and bookkeeping services to small and large businesses up to 1B revenue 

-Business managed here and bookkeeping in India.

-Clients include Medical, IT, Gov Services and more.

-Ideally manager level candidate to help mold and develop junior team.

- International Tax knowledge and experience.

-This person will manage some returns as well as handle compliance issues.

-Expanding through mergers and service lines. 

-Exposure to both individual and business returns a must. 

-Tax software system: Lascerte tax

-In office firm, 5 days a week. 

-Tax season hours: 55 hours Feb-April and August-October, then 40 hours rest of year

-Very diverse, lots of languages, India, China two main locations, someone who can work with lots of diversity.
