Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple legal projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution and adherence to deadlines. Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless project flow.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, court dates, depositions, and other important events for attorneys and clients. Manage calendars, prioritize tasks, and ensure all appointments are attended to efficiently.
- Documentation & Filing: Organize and maintain both physical and electronic legal documents, ensuring proper filing systems are followed. Ensure compliance with legal standards and confidentiality regulations.
- Client & Team Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are updated on the status of cases and projects. Handle client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including handling correspondence, managing office supplies, preparing reports, and processing invoices or billing statements.
- Task Prioritization: Identify urgent tasks and prioritize them based on deadlines and importance, ensuring smooth workflow within the office and meeting all legal requirements.
- Technology & Tools Management: Utilize legal management software and other tools to streamline processes, track project progress, and ensure effective time management.
