Do you possess a 2 year or 4 year degree in Accounting or a business related degree with accounting classes,  and have exceptional Excel skills (experience working with vlookups and pivot tables)?  Do you have a passion for researching and reconciling large amounts of data?  Are you looking for an "in" to a highly respected Global Fortune 500 Company?  This role is perfect for the Excel guru, numbers-minded, researching wired, servicing professional!  The Fee Insurance Accounting Analyst works on a cohesive, established team, and has accountabilities to apply large dollars of cash receipts.  The training will be progressive.  You will start with simplistic work and evolve to complicated multi-layered work.  You will be fully onsite for the first 8 weeks while training.  Then you will move to being onsite on Tuesdays and every other Monday. For the candidate that exceeds expectations, there may be an opportunity to transition to a permanent employee!

Responsibilities

• Immerse into a tight-knit, high-functioning, positive, "can-do" team within a Fortune 500 Global Leading Company 
• Apply and reconcile cash daily, weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, and quarterly within your client portfolio of 20-25 accounts 
• Research, reconcile, and manage data utilizing your established Excel V-Lookup and Excel Pivot Table expertise 
• Prepare journal entries monthly
• Manage money movement
• Post payments and billings daily, monthly, and quarterly
• Reconcile cash and general ledger accounts
• Prepare and post accrual entries
• Prepare variance reports and provide the detail surrounding the variances
• Prepare trend analysis reports for senior management
• Utilize your exceptional customer care skills by providing all-encompassing information in one email response to support the client's inquiries and needs; avoiding laser responses and back-and-forth communication
• Partner with stakeholders, team members, and managers to ensure best practices and efficiencies are in place
• Create and maintain exceptional business relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients
