My client is a leader in the relocation industry, is seeking a Moving Coordinator to join their Orlando, FL team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient relocations by coordinating moving services, managing customer communication, and supporting operational logistics. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the moving process, providing support and answering inquiries.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for residential and commercial moves.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, moving crews, and dispatch teams to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, estimates, and inventory lists.
• Provide cost estimates and assist customers in understanding pricing and service options.
• Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
