Our firm is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our business development and marketing efforts. In this role, you will assist with client communications, event coordination, lead management, and administrative support for our team. While an interest in financial advising is a plus, it is not required—this position offers valuable exposure to the industry and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities
- Seminar & Event Coordination
- Manage pre-seminar registration and maintain lead databases.
- Plan and coordinate prospect seminars and events.
- Oversee seminar setup, greet attendees, distribute materials, schedule on-site appointments, and manage event breakdown.
- Conduct post-seminar follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
- Lead Management & Client Engagement
- Track all first-time appointments within the CRM system.
- Send personalized thank-you cards to new clients.
- Manage and update the monthly newsletter.
- Oversee the monthly magazine through Reminder Media, making updates as needed.
- Execute and monitor email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing.
- Client Onboarding & Account Administration
- Facilitate the initiation, processing, and execution of custodial new client paperwork, account administration, maintenance, and transfers.
- Prepare files for prospective client meetings and ensure follow-ups on action items.
- Send new client welcome packets with login instructions and conduct follow-up calls to address any questions.
