In this role, you'll be an essential part of the team, ensuring all outgoing mail is accurately prepared and shipped. We offer 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with flexible hours.

salary: $16.5 - $17 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 6 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and log incoming mail (including tax forms and remittances) based on the received date.
• Label mail trays with the date and time of receipt.
• Organize mail for processing using a First In, First Out (FIFO) method, prioritizing based on urgency.
• Sort and open mail as required.
• Operate high-speed date-stamping equipment efficiently.
• Stay informed on production processes relevant to the assigned area.
• Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining timely and high-quality production output.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with the assigned team leader, colleagues, and bank staff.
• Understand and execute both oral and written instructions accurately.
• Simply follow instructions
