Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will lead key initiatives from planning to execution, working with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize patient experience, operational workflows, and strategic growth opportunities. You’ll be responsible for project tracking, stakeholder communication, risk management, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead workflow redesigns, process improvements, and patient experience initiatives.
✔ Manage project scope, budget, timelines, and resources while ensuring quality execution.
✔ Oversee new facility openings and go-live implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams.
✔ Develop executive reports, presentations, and strategic planning materials.
✔ Collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and external partners to drive project success.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 5+ years of project management experience or a four-year degree.
✔ Healthcare industry experience preferred, especially with new facility openings.
✔ strong analytical skills and ability to work with Smartsheet, project tracking, and reporting tools.
✔ PMP certification preferred but not required.
✔ Ability to travel as needed to support go-live implementations.
Due to the role being in a healthcare facility, candidates must be open to being vaccinated and showing proof of vaccine status.
