Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to support patients and healthcare providers.
- Work closely with doctors' offices to obtain valid prescriptions and enter orders accurately.
- Utilize SAP (preferred but not required) for order entry and research.
- Serve as a key contact for escalations and special requests.
- Maintain excellent customer service, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a high-volume call center.
- Healthcare or medical device experience is a big plus!
- strong communication skills (written and verbal).
