As a Help Desk Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and support of business systems, applications, and products related to the Client Training Cycle (CTC). You’ll deliver exceptional customer service while providing daily support and sustainment for these critical applications, ensuring the success of both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
As a Help Desk Analyst, job duties include:
- Oversee work queues, email, telephone, and dashboards to respond to requests, issues, and inquiries promptly.
- Provide first-level support including triage, troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation (as required) for all applications supported by the Product Support Team.
- Generate and analyze reports to identify tasks and processes that need to be completed in support of client training.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and notify the Manager, Product Support, and project leaders of any revised target dates.
- Maintain consistent communication with other business units and provide bi-weekly updates to the Manager, Product Support.
- 2+ years of work experience working as a Help Desk Analyst within the aviation industry.
- Familiarity with basic scheduling concepts and experience with scheduling software.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills with a customer/client-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of software tools such as GENESIS, Enterprise Applications, DocCheck, Citrix, and SubManager.
