Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
✅ Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
✅ Professionally handle customer concerns and provide effective solutions
✅ Track and monitor delivery routes to ensure efficiency
✅ Process order changes, cancellations, and updates
✅ Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
What We’re Looking For:
✔ bilingual candidates preferred (English & Spanish a plus!)
✔ strong personality with the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
✔ Experience in customer service, logistics, or working with delivery teams is a plus
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
✔ Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills
