We're looking for a Project Manager to join their dynamic team, working in a hybrid role at their Mettawa office.
As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee Meeting Planning and Execution, playing a key role in driving External Expert (EE) engagement initiatives, including advisory boards and healthcare professional consultations. You’ll also support internal meetings, collaborating with Global Commercial Leads (GCLs) to ensure smooth operations at the disease level.

Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, job duties include:
- Develop and submit external expert consulting plans across stakeholder groups.
- Utilize analytical insights to drive strategic engagement and ensure approval within the iHub system.
- Advise External Expert participation based on engagement data, including historical timelines and institution-specific exceptions.
- Assist in the development of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and vendor selection for content creation.
- Coordinate vendor relations and facilitate the internal review process for vendor-developed content.
- Oversee event requests through AbbVie’s internal systems, coordinating with logistics vendors for services such as AV, Webex, meals, and venue facilities.
- Manage logistical aspects, including room layouts, attendance tracking, documentation, and vendor coordination.
- 3+ years of experience in project management or operations working as a Project Manager for a large Global Pharmaceutial company.
- Proven track record in planning, executing, and delivering complex and cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrated analytical mindset with the ability to design, execute, and adapt projects to meet changing needs and obstacles.
- Proven technical aptitude, with the ability to apply technical solutions to business challenges.
