Responsibilities

• Distributing Incoming Mail: Sorting incoming mail, ensuring it's directed to the right departments or individuals for action. 
  
  

• Entering Data and Maintaining Databases: HANDWRITING tracking information, filing, or reporting. This includes maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring accuracy in databases. 
  
  

• Distributing Incoming Packages: Accepting incoming packages. Staging packages for delivery. Researching packages to find the correct recipient and department.  
  
  

• Processing Outbound Mail Using Designated Postal Equipment: Using tools like postage meters and automated systems to ensure outgoing mail is processed efficiently. 
  
  

• Outgoing Packages: Accepting outgoing packages for pick-up by various carriers. 
  
  

• Preparing and Sending Outgoing Mail: Sorting and addressing mail for delivery, ensuring it's dispatched using the correct postal methods. This may also include mailing packages or certified letters. 
  
  

• Maintaining Mailroom: maintain a clean and organized work environment. 
  
  

• Hours: Monday through Friday/ 8:00am – 5:00pm/ 1 Hour lunch break. Two 15min breaks throughout the day.  
  
  

This role does have full vaccination requirements.
