What You’ll Do: ✔ Support Medical Staff functions, including credentialing, evaluations, and committee meetings ✔ Ensure compliance with TJC, NCQA, CMS, and CDPH regulatory requirements ✔ Maintain Medical Staff Bylaws, policies, and expirable processes ✔ Provide administrative support and maintain confidential medical staff records ✔ Use Microsoft Office & web-based programs to streamline operations
What You’ll Bring: ✅ Associate’s degree required ✅ 1+ year of Medical Staff/Credentialing experience in a hospital or surgery center ✅ Knowledge of medical terminology, bylaws, and compliance regulations ✅ strong administrative skills with experience managing multiple projects ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ✅ CPCS or CPMSM certification preferred
