Responsibilities

• Full-cycle accounts payable processing, including invoiceverification, matching purchase orders and receipts, obtaining approvals, processing payments, up to 150 -200 transactions weekly
• Perform year-end 1099 processing and filing and collect W9
• Full-cycle accounts receivable functions, including managing the A/R inbox, processing
  desktop deposits, cash collections, posting cash receipts, and sending invoices and
  statements. Monitor and collect outstanding receivables via phone, email, or mail.
  
  
• Prepare journal entries
  
  
• Prepare reports as needed and requested by management which includes aging report and AP summaries
  
  
• Confirm lien waivers are received from vendors
  
  
• Complete month end close and work with outside auditors for end of year close
