Responsibilities
- Process project related contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders and other construction agreements.
- Review and process job cost invoices and subcontractor billings.
- Ensure all project costs (equipment, material, supplies, misc.) are processed.
- Perform closeout functions including reconciliations, financial status reports, final invoices, and final reporting.
- Ensure proper payments to all subcontractors and suppliers.
- Must have 3+ years of project accounting construction experience.
- Sage 300 or Procure preferred
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting
