Responsibilities
As a Order Fulfillment Analyst, job duties include:
- Oversee operational processes, including product launches and drops, ensuring smooth execution and improved efficiency.
- Partner with teams and external partners to enhance speed, reduce costs, and increase manufacturing capacity.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Footwear customization supply chain, analyzing data to optimize operational performance.
- Monitor on-time shipment and delivery metrics, analyzing data and resolving benchmark misses to elevate end-to-end (E2E) performance.
- Present impact assessments to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and proposing trade-off scenarios to optimize business outcomes.
- 2 years of relevant experience working as an Order Fulfillment Analyst in supply chain, business, or planning in a global retail organization.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Purchasing module, Tableau, and Excel.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to creatively address challenges and drive solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing, to influence and motivate diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to gather input and align stakeholders across functions and cultures.
