Responsibilities
- Employee Record Management: Update and maintain employee information, file documents, and ensure accurate personnel records.
- Recruitment Support: Post job openings, review resumes, coordinate interviews, and conduct reference checks.
- Onboarding: Prepare new employee paperwork, set up accounts, and conduct orientation sessions.
- Benefits Administration: Address employee questions about benefits and assist with benefit changes.
- Payroll Support: Collect time and attendance data and assist with payroll calculations.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal HR policies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate HR reports on turnover, headcount, and other relevant metrics.
- Communication Management: Respond to employee inquiries, handle phone calls, and manage emails.
- Calendar Management: Coordinate scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Office Administration: Maintain filing systems, order office supplies, and manage inventory.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting summaries.
- Document Preparation: Draft correspondence, letters, reports, and presentations.
- Travel Arrangements: Book flights, hotels, and transportation for business trips.
