We are seeking a motivated and dynamic recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating job offers. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure we attract top talent for a variety of positions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Negotiating: Negotiate salaries and contracts with clients

• Onboarding: Follow up with new hires to ensure a good start

• Job descriptions: Design and update job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers

• Sourcing: Find potential candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify the best candidates
• Interviewing: Assess candidates' skills and cultural fit
