Responsibilities

This contractor will be supporting a capital markets team with managing client coverage data while a new CRM (customer relationship management) tool is being stood up. They will be responsible for Create reconciliation reports to help with data gaps within system.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating and reconciling weekly and ad-hoc reports
• Merging files and data sets in MS Excel
• Ensuring that weekly coverage reports are complete and accurate
• Explaining reporting and telling the story of the numbers
• Build presentations and providing concise and simple explanations on reporting

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. MS Excel – advanced Excel – pivot tables, vlookups, match formulas
2. Experience with build reports - Weekly reports on average/ Ad-hoc reporting as needed
3. Communication skills with ability to take concepts and explain them in simple terms
4. MS PowerPoint - presentation skills
5. CRM tool experience/ operations – nice to have
