salary: $55,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Setup and tracking of projects and maintenance agreements
• Customer invoicing of work orders, projects and maintenance agreements
• Maintain current contract value and revised estimated costs as necessary
• Issue and track Owner change orders
• Provide support to purchasing for initial PO's and Subcontracts
• Issue and track Subcontract and PO change orders
• Review A/P for assigned jobs for accuracy and approvals
• Review job progress with Project Managers to include variances, change orders, potential billings
• and collections
• Compile and submit close-out documents
• Perform job closing procedures in Vista
• Assist with collection efforts
