Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Developing job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitating the hiring process, from candidate selection to onboarding.
- Onboarding and Employee Orientation:
- Organizing orientation sessions for new hires.
- Ensuring a smooth transition by handling paperwork, benefits enrollment, and initial training.
- Employee Relations:
- Addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Acting as a liaison between staff and management to ensure open communication.
- Benefits Administration:
- Managing employee benefit programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
- Assisting employees with benefits-related questions and processing enrollments or changes.
- Policy Development and Compliance:
- Drafting, updating, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Performance Management:
- Coordinating performance reviews and evaluations.
- Supporting managers in addressing performance issues and recognizing achievements.
- Training and Development:
- Identifying training needs and organizing professional development opportunities.
- Facilitating workshops or training sessions to enhance employee skills.
- HR Administration and Recordkeeping:
- Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
- Preparing HR reports and ensuring documentation is compliant with regulatory requirements.
