Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers by responding promptly to inbound calls, faxes, and emails. You will work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, fax, and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with both customers and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve company goals.
- Ensure high-quality customer service by meeting monthly evaluation quality standards.
- Provide consistent and accurate information to all callers.
- Strive to achieve First Call Resolution (FCR) to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality throughout the year.
- Meet company performance standards for data entry and customer service.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and suggest improvements.
- Provide clear, easy-to-understand information to policyholders.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, such as processing mortgage changes and updating customer demographics.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong data entry skills.
- Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Must be available for on-site work (no remote options).
