- Proficiency in construction management software (experience with Foundation Construction Management Software is a plus), Microsoft Project, Asana, Slack, Excel, and other Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities
- Perform and coordinate preconstruction activities as assigned.
- Review permit plans and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare, submit, and track construction plans with permitting authorities.
- Generate project documentation using project management and financial tracking software.
- Compile reports for key project deliverables, including cost projections, over/under billing, buyout logs, closeout logs, and project schedules.
- Prepare meeting minutes and agendas as needed.
- Monitor all aspects of the construction project, including buyout tracking, change orders, permit revisions, certificates of insurance, and closeout processes.
- Process, review, and prepare submittals, shop drawings, and samples following project-specific procedures.
- Collaborate with the project manager to price and process change orders while maintaining tracking logs.
- Support multiple construction projects to ensure safety, quality, timely completion, and financial objectives are met.
- Assist in preparing and issuing construction subcontracts under the project manager’s direction.
- Coordinate with project staff to outline work plans, assigning duties and responsibilities in line with company policies.
