Responsibilities

• Manage change management plans for strategic and transformational CIB lending technology initiatives supporting CIB Markets, Banking and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lines of business
• Deliver comprehensive training to new/existing CIB users as well as user support team members, including in-tool, in-person & virtual support channels
• Create best-in-class and client-focused training & user support materials, including job aids, control procedures and process guides
• Lead and support a global team that provides user support for applications and CIB business users, including user access management
• Ensure that change management (communication & training) and user experience (adoption) is a key focus
