As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in managing financial reporting, overseeing accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations. Responsibilities
Prepare Client invoices, monitor AR, process, bill and pay invoices, ensure project costs are traced properly and assist with quarterly and annual project reporting. Support the CFO with preparation of financial statements for all related entities and year end closing. Prepare monthly entries for international entities, reconcile general ledger account and provide reconciliation schedules, manage quarterly filings, assist with annual audit and corporate tax filing with international accountants, prepare intercompany invoices and maintain intercompany billing expense tracking spreadsheets and transactions across all entities on a regular basis. Experience with job cost/project accounting and reporting preferable CMap or Deltek Vision. Experience in Architectural, engineering and / or construction industry is required.
