Responsibilities

As the Client Relationship Specialist, you will act as a liaison between the clients and Financial Advisors by interfacing with clients daily to provide exceptional service.  This position requires the individual to communicate predominantly on the phone and electronically with clients.  

We are looking for someone who is efficient.  They must be able to work quickly and accurately with great attention to detail. Patient, resourceful and personable communicator, who enjoys taking initiative and requires minimal supervision. Experience in a fast-paced environment, computer knowledge is a must for this role; but most importantly someone who enjoys talking to clients with an upbeat personality and building positive relationships in order to maintain and grow the client base.
