Responsibilities
- Dispatch trucks daily using our dispatch software, ensuring timely delivery to scheduled locations while assisting drivers as needed.
- Coordinate the scheduling of materials with our partners, including Ready Mix Concrete Plants, construction and demolition contractors, and homeowners.
- Perform various reporting and administrative tasks related to fleet operations.
- Generate sales orders for deliveries, dumpsters, flatbeds, and other services.
- Assist in managing vehicle registration, insurance, and documentation to ensure compliance with state and DOT regulations.
