Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement all HR policies and procedures to ensure effective implementation of all human resources services within the business.
- Coordinate HR information sessions to ensure effective communication, including refresher training for managers and correct application of all HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in and support the coordination and implementation of the performance and talent management system.
- Manage performance and talent management system and the employee's orientation and exit processes.
- Administer terminations of employment procedures, as well as recruitment and selection practices.
- Provide human resource services within the HR business unit to secure the proper application of all HR policies and procedures. Comply with all relevant systems and legislation to ensure that all HR objectives and strategic targets align with operational needs.
