Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking stock movements, and updating inventory systems using Excel for detailed tracking and reporting.
- Reviewing and processing inventory orders, ensuring proper documentation and timely updates to inventory systems, often utilizing Excel for order tracking and status updates.
- Keeping detailed records of all inventory transactions, including incoming and outgoing stock, sales, and adjustments, often stored and managed in Excel for quick access and updates.
- Communicating with suppliers and vendors to confirm orders, track deliveries, and manage discrepancies in shipments.
- Maintain supplier contact details, delivery schedules, and order statuses.
- Coordinating the arrival and delivery of inventory, ensuring it aligns with supply chain timelines.
- Entering data into relevant systems, such as ERP or inventory management software for ongoing data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Generating regular reports on inventory levels, usage trends, and potential shortages.
- Updating inventory pricing as needed based on supplier changes or internal price adjustments, tracking price changes and maintaining pricing spreadsheets in Excel for easy updates and adjustments.
