Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a background in Managing Claims and Document Processing? We are looking for skilled professionals to join our remote team supporting a 3rd Party Company handling State Held Unclaimed Property. If you’re ready to take on a new challenge and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Handle high call volumes with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage claims and process documents related to unclaimed property.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case progress.
- ✅ Previous experience in high call volume customer service roles.
- ✅ Proven experience in managing claims and processing documents.
- ✅ Must have reliable high-speed internet.
- ✅ Ability to plug directly into the router via HDMI cable/Ethernet.
- ✅ Quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- ✅ Must be comfortable on camera during work hours.
