We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing campaigns, handling customer inquiries, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities

In this position you will be responsible for:

Sales Support:

• Assisting in managing customer relationships by responding to inquiries and providing product/service information.
• Supporting the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintaining and updating customer databases and CRM systems.
• Preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.

Marketing Support:

• Assisting in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
• Helping in designing promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital ads.
• Conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential customers.
• Managing social media accounts by posting updates, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Coordinating with external vendors and agencies for marketing materials and events.

General Administrative Tasks:

• Organizing and maintaining marketing and sales files, contracts, and documents.
• Assisting in event planning, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
