Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone & emai promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying solutions and escalating as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and logistics, to resolve customer issues.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
