Randstad in Peachtree City is looking for an immediate hire for a customer in Fayette County.  This position is temp to hire for the right person and is supporting customers in the manufacturing industry.  This position is on site everyday and NOT remote.  The candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients on behalf of the company to answer questions, maintaining expert knowledge about company products or services and to track shipments of materials. Responsibilities

• Providing introductory information to new customers
• Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
• Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases
• Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
• Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
• Escalating queries and concerns
• Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
• Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions

Skills

MS Office (2 years of experience is required)

Data Entry (2 years of experience is required)

Manufacturing Customer Service (1 year of experience is preferred)

ERP (2 years of experience is preferred)
