Our client is currently looking for a detail oriented Bid/Project Coordinator that will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of preparing, submitting, and following up on bids for new or renewal business opportunities. This role involves collaborating with various teams, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements, and developing high-quality proposals to win contracts. This individual should ideally have 4+ years of project management, bid management, and/or database management experience. This will be a fully remote opportunity with a contract duration of up to a year. Responsibilities

Bid Preparation:

• Lead the creation and submission of bids, proposals, and tenders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather relevant information and ensure the proposal meets client specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all guidelines, deadlines, and quality standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, project management, operations, engineering finance, and legal departments.
• Communicate with clients to clarify requirements, expectations, and timelines.
• Ensure all parties are aligned with the bid process and deadlines.

Bid Strategy Development:

• Analyze the bid opportunity and develop a strategy for responding.
• Identify key selling points and unique value propositions to include in the bid.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.

Proposal Writing & Document Management:

• Review and edit high-quality proposal content tailored to the specific client and project.
• Ensure that all required documents, certifications, and submissions are complete and accurate.

Timeline & Deadline Management:

• Ensure that all bid-related activities are completed within the specified timelines.
• Create project timelines, assign tasks, and track progress toward submission deadlines.

Post-Bid Activities:

• Conduct post-bid reviews to assess the process and improve future bids.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to improve the likelihood of winning future business.
• Follow up with clients after submission to answer questions or clarify information.
