Responsibilities

• Generate client invoices on a monthly or ad-hoc basis.
• Track and manage Accounts Receivable, following up with clients on overdue payments.
• Process, bill, and pay consultant invoices for various projects.
• Transfer client and consultant invoices from CMap to Sage, ensuring complete and accurate records.
• Ensure proper tracking of project costs and assist with quarterly and annual project reporting.
• Assist the CFO in preparing financial statements for all related entities and with year-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with external CPAs to provide materials for tax return preparation, R&D tax credits, and Section 174 capitalization.
• Prepare intercompany invoices, maintain intercompany billing and expense tracking spreadsheets, and regularly reconcile intercompany transactions across all entities.
• Undertake specialized projects as assigned by the CFO.
