We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Billing Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Boston, MA. As an integral part of the finance department, the E-Billing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of the electronic billing process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely invoicing for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a background the supervising a team as well as experience in billing systems, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent service. Responsibilities

Point of contact for clients regarding billing inquires, build and maintain the client relationships to ensure satisfaction with billing services.  Provide guidance and training to the e-billing team on e-billing systems and procedures and foster a productive work environment, and ensure the team meets their deadlines.  Oversee the preparation, submission and follow ups of e-bills through various e-billing platforms.  Ensure compliance and address any discrepancies or rejections and resolve billing issues when they arise.  Manage the entire e-billing cycle, including invoice generation, review and distribution.  Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely invoicing to clients.  Supervise the billing team to ensure efficiency and adherence to best practices.  Prepare and analze billing reports to track the firm's revenue and billing efficiency and identify trends, potential areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize the billing process.
